A dietitian led course that is designed to provide you with the knowledge, tools, and support you need to help you with your weight loss goals. Courses include information about weight loss, assessments, tools, and ways to get support for you to be successful with achieving weight loss. Included in the package is access to your dietitian/weight loss coach through email, discussion posts, a private Facebook group membership, and a monthly 'live' session with your dietitian/weight loss coach.
The course is designed for individuals who have seen a dietitian and want to have a review of weight loss concepts. The course is designed for people who have never seen a dietitian and want to obtain weight loss.
